If your are requesting a return, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form/number. Please provide us your contact information, order number and reason for the return. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that have been installed, show wear or use, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Items being refunded will incur a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be applied to the card used during the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date TWS receives the returned item to the date the refund appears on your payment card’s statement. Once the refund is processed or the exchanged item is shipped, you will receive an email with details. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund of the order.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returned items or redelivery of an exchanged item.
All returned items, whether for refund or exchange, most be appropriately padded and packaged for shipment to TWS. We recommend that all returns have a tracking number. Please include a copy of your RMA form in the box or a note with the RMA number. Please note that TWS is not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to an error on TWS’ part, defective part or error in shipping the ordered items, TWS will provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Products purchased through a TWS dealer/distributor must be returned for refund or exchange to the place of purchase.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail – flat rate shipping of $8.99. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
When an order is placed, the customer will receive an emailed order confirmation. The email(s) will be sent to the email used during the ordering process. If you do not receive the emailed order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If not received, please email us for an order confirmation - firstname.lastname@example.org. On the day the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking details.
- We do not require a signature upon delivery.
- If your order cannot be shipped within the time frame specified, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Shipping labels will be addressed from TWS, not Texas Weapon Systems.
- We ship to all fifty states, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico.
